PLACE AND DATES OF SAILING-RACES

August 2011 at 1.30 pm
6. SAILING-RACES
If possible, 5 races will be disputed in the afternoon – two races per day -,
with a Long Sailing-Race, the only one of the day. Daily, the Sailing-race Committee will decide
whether to dispute this last one or other types
of run.
The demonstration will be valid even if only one
race will be run.
The sailing
will not start with a wind speed over 7 mt/sec in departure area
7. RULES
The
sailing-race will be subject to ISAF
RULES 2009/2012, including FIV prescriptions.
No race will be discarded for the final classification.
8. ADMISSION
ON INVITATION, issued by the Organizer Committee for Coxes over 60 years,
including those people who are sixty
years old in year 2011
9. ELIGIBILITY
Italian
competitors must be quits with the FIV
enrolment and the health prescriptions; they must be members of the AICD for year 2011
Foreign
competitors must be quits with what
foreseen by their National Authorities.
All
the competitors must have the Civil Liability insurance coverage against damages to third, people and things with a
limit not lower to €1.000.000,00 as per Federal Law for year 2011.
The
licences and the original bills of the Civil Liability payment must be given to
the Secretary of the Organizer Committee at the registration.

controls and check of the pertinent
class rules can be effected
anytime
11. ADVERTISEMENT
Advertisement is free as per Class Rules
according to Rule 80 and ISAF 20
“Advertisement Code”
The advertisement license must be given to
Organizer Committee together with the documents as per pos. 9)
12. ENTRIES
Entries should be reached Sailing Team Bracciano Secretary within SATURDAY AUGUST 27th 2011, also by
Fax or E-mail.

13. INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE
SAILING-RACE
Competitors can collect instruction sheet at Sailing Team Bracciano
Reception office starting from 9.00 o’clock of MONDAY August 29th 2011
14. PRIZES
Challenge Trophy to the first classified,
classification prizes amounting to a third of the participants, award to the
winner of each race, Gentleman Master Prize & Wood Ankle, souvenir to all
participants.
15. LOGISTICS & INSTRUCTIONS
Free parking for vehicles and
trailers will be provided by Sailing Team Bracciano
near the boats.
Any
competitor participating to the event grants automatically, and free of cost,
to the Organizer, sponsors and Class,
the perpetual right to do, use and show -
occasionally and at own discretion - any photo, film or live or recorded TV
broadcast, as well as any other
reproduction during the event time.
